1.0 Das SpaceController-Panel-Hauptfenster wurde etwas umgestaltet.
1.1 Die meisten Schieberegler des SpaceController-Panel-Hauptfensters wurden in den Dialog Erweiterte Konfiguration verlegt.
1.2 Neue Felder ORG, CAM und WFL in der Statuszeile des Displays werden verwaltet. Achtung: Diese Felder werden im Display nur angezeigt, wenn Sie eine Firmware ab Version 2.141.141.130.0 verwenden. Aktualisieren Sie die Firmware, falls notwendig.
1.3 Alle Dialoge haben eine neue Schaltfläche Video, die den Internet-Browser startet und ein kurzes Erklärungsvideo zeigt.
1.4 Die Kappencharakteristik wurde von quadratisch auf kubisch geändert. In der Konfigurationsdatei "daemon.ini" kann man mit dem Parameter "capCharacteristic" zwischen verschiedenen Kappenfunktionen wählen; der Wert 6 stellt die bisherige Charakteristik wieder her.
1.5 Die Uhrzeit wird wieder zuverlässig auf dem Geräte-Display angezeigt.
1.6 Firmware-Update überarbeitet.
1.7 Die Plug-ins für Solid Edge und Catia sind stark verbessert. Siehe die Änderungsliste dort.
1.8 Plug-in für AutoCAD 2012 wird mitgeliefert.
1.9 Nach dem Aufwachen aus dem Standby oder Ruhezustand wurde die aktuelle Vordergrundapplikation nicht von selbst erkannt und dementsprechend die Konfiguration nicht gelesen.
1.10 Beim Auslösen einer Funktion über den WFL und fast gleichzeitigem Wechsel der Vordergrundapplikation (oder des Modus in einer CAD-Applikation) konnte die Konfiguration der neuen Vordergrundapplikation verloren gehen.
1.11 Die Gerätefunktionen LoadConfiguration_x können jetzt auch über den WFL ausgelöst werden.
1.12 Kleinere Fehlerkorrekturen.

1.0 Das Konvertieren der Konfigurationsdateien der Version 2.0.0 auf 2.2.1 führte zu einem Absturz.

24. November 2011, Version 2.2.1

1.1 API-Funktionen scConnect() und scSetState() durch scConnect2() und scSetState2() ersetzt. Siehe Beschreibung in der API-Dokumentation. 

1.2 Die eingebaute Würfeldemo unterstützt jetzt alle Bewegungsmodi (Objekmodus, Kameramodus usw., siehe Abschnitt Bewegungsmodus). 

1.3 Neue Gerätefunktionen Wechsel Objekt-/Kameramodus, Wechsel Rotation Bildschirmmitte/Ursprung, Horizont fixieren ein/aus und Schweben ein/aus.

1.4 Aufgezeichnete Tastenfunktionen können jetzt aus bis zu 42 Tastendrücken bestehen. 

1.5 Die SpaceController-Tasten können in Makros aufgezeichnet und dadurch kombiniert werden. 

1.6 Auch das Display stellt die Gerätefunktionen jetzt auf deutsch dar. 

1.7 Bei einer Aktualisierung des Treibers bleiben nun eigene Konfigurationen erhalten. Das funktioniert derzeit mit Konfigurationsdateien ab Treiberversion 2.0.0.

1.8 Autodesk 3ds Max wird unterstützt.

1.9 Kleinere Fehlerkorrekturen.

1.0 Der neue Wheel Function Launcher erlaubt das Auslösen von Funktionen nun auch mit dem Drehrad.

1.1 Im Dialog Erweiterte Konfiguration kann man das Gerät jetzt für die Benutzung mit der rechten Hand umschalten.

1.2 Wenn im Dialog Erweiterte Konfiguration das Ankreuzfeld Mausposition zurücksetzen aktiviert ist, wird der Mauszeiger nun nicht nur beim Loslassen der Kappe zurückgesetzt, sondern auch sobald der Mauszeiger den Bildschirmrand erreicht.

1.3 Eine zweite Instanz einer Applikation wurde nicht als Vordergrundapplikation erkannt, die Kappendaten gingen weiter an die erste.

1.4 Die LEDs und das LCD werden jetzt beim Beenden des Treibers und beim Wechsel in Stromsparmodus und Ruhezustand abgeschaltet.

1.5 Das Bewegen der Kappe beendet den Bildschirmschoner bzw. verhindert, dass er anspringt.

1.6 Die Erkennung von Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 5 und Creo als Vordergrundapplikation funktionierte nicht zuverlässig.

1.7 Die Benutzeroberfläche kann jetzt zwischen deutsch und englisch umgestellt werden.

1.8 Neuer Testmodus für interne Produktionstests.

1.0 Driver and all plug-ins are combined in one big installation program.

1.1 Even if some instances of the same application are started, only the foreground application of this group will get data from the SpaceController.

1.2 Eventual graphics card driver problems do not prevent the SpaceController Panel from starting.

1.0 Displaying the foreground application's name in the device's LCD works again.

1.5 With most browsers the user manual opens reliably in the right section now when pushing the Help button in a dialog; unfortunately the Internet Explorer has a bug preventing this.

1.0 Occasionally the SpaceController Panel was not able to connect to the driver again if it was stopped and restarted.

1.1 German umlauts are allowed now in user function names.

1.2 Deleting of the users' configuration folders when deinstalling the driver works now also with Windows Vista and Windows 7.

1.3 The device's illumination can be switched off and on by pressing the "Ctrl" and "Panel" keys concurrently.

1.4 The rotation center can be adjusted within the Advanced Settings Dialog if supported by the CAD application.

1.5 Some further bug-fixes.

1.6 Attention: This version is not compatible with plug-ins prior to version 1.4.0.Older plug-ins must be run with drivers <= 1.3.0 beta (note: version 1.3.0 beta is an unpublished release).Configuration files created with driver versions less than 1.4.0 can not be loaded by versions 1.4.0 and greater due to some new parameters.

1.0 Functions with German umlauts could not be displayed on the SpaceController's display, in succession the device was a little noncompliant to update its content.

1.1 The SpaceController Panel closed itself occasionally when the device was plugged into the USB socket.Both bugs were built into the software in the course of the 64 bit modifications and are fixed now.

1.0 The driver is aware of 64 bit plug-ins now.

1.1 The process "dwm.exe" is ignored as foreground application. This invisible process is casually put into the foreground by Autodesk Inventor and caused a heavy bucking because the driver loaded another configuration then.

1.0 Some applications (e. g. Siemens NX®) were unable to execute the user functions recorded with the Function Editor described above. It works now.

1.1 The parameter "rememberLastCfg" in the daemon.ini file did not work properly.

1.2 Autodesk Inventor versions prior to Inventor 2008 will work without plug-in if the parameter "allowInventor" in the file "daemon.ini" is set to "on" (cap movement only, no mode detection, no integration of menu functions into the Key Configuration dialog). For Inventor 2009 and later this parameter must be set to "off".

1.3 There is nearly no delay any longer in object movement when changing a configuration.

1.4 Under certain conditions it could happen that sending data from the device after changing a configuration stopped, because the "Send Delay" parameter in the Advanced Settings dialog switched to 405 ms (= data sending off). This is fixed.

1.5 Minor bug-fixes.
